Sony BP-GL95A Graphite Lithium-Ion Battery The Sony BP-GL95 is a Lithium-Ion chemistry battery for professional camcorders and VTRs that accept V-mount batteries. This battery has a power capacity of 95 Watt Hours, enough to run a 40 watt draw over 2 1/2 hours. With interactive features and lithium chemistry's light weight, these batteries offer advanced reliability and portability. Advanced INFO Feature The BP-GL series of batteries offer the most accurate power consumption and run-time information for PDW, MSW, and HDW series camcorders. Power-remaining data is viewed right through the viewfinder in 10% increments. For other camera systems the LED display gives accurate power-remaining information in 20% increments. Discharge Power Curve Unlike other battery chemistries, these Li-Ion batteries provide full power output with consistent voltage over the entire run-time. Low voltage battery power often triggers a warning signal once voltage falls below a certain level, usually 12 volts.
